International Orders Policy

At buyitkl™, we’re proud to be rooted in Malaysia- but we’re just as excited to serve curious customers from around the world. Whether you’re browsing from Singapore, Europe or anywhere else, this policy outlines what you need to know as an international customer ordering outside of Malaysia.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies only to customers outside of Malaysia. If your shipping address is NOT set to anywhere within Malaysia, the terms below apply.

2. Shipping
  • All international orders are shipped directly from our global suppliers.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via international tracked shipping.
  • International orders are handled separately & differently from Malaysian domestic orders.
  • Due to the nature of international orders, they are not subject to our in-house quality check & repackaging process.
  • Delivery timeframe:
    • South east asian countries- 7 to 14 days
    • Rest of the world- 10 to 21 days
3. Pricing & Currency
  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default.
  • You may be charged in your local currency based on your bank or payment method.
  • Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on your region.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
  • Due to the nature of international logistics, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • Refunds are only provided if:
    • The item arrives damaged, non-functional or wrong
    • The item is lost in transit and verified by the courier.
  • To request a refund, please contact us at support@buyitkl.com within 3 days of delivery, with:
    • Order number
    • Photo and videos of the issue
    • Unboxing footage (Optional but highly preferred)
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or fees imposed by the country’s customs authority.
  • buyitkl™ is not liable for any delays or fees resulting from customs processing.
