Installation Guide

1️⃣ Prepare the Surface

• Remove the wheel for full access.

• Clean calipers thoroughly with soapy water and alcohol – no grease, no residue.

2️⃣ Apply the Vinyl

• Keep temperature above 50°F during installation.

• Cut sheets to size and position on the caliper.

3️⃣ Heat & Secure

• Use a heat gun or blow dryer to contour the wrap.

• Apply gentle heat until smooth, firm, and bubble-free.

Absolutely – once the wrap has cured for 24–48 hours, it can handle normal and even professional washes. Just avoid direct high-pressure jets or harsh wheel cleaners on the calipers.

2️⃣ Are these safe for daily driving?

Yes. These are built for real-world use; city, highway, and even spirited weekend runs. Just don’t track them; extreme circuit braking can exceed 460°F (237°C), the vinyl’s rated limit.

3️⃣ Will it affect my braking performance?

Not at all. These are purely cosmetic overlays – they don’t touch the pistons, pads, or discs. Installed properly, they sit flush on the caliper surface without changing heat dissipation or brake function.

Yes – you can, but it’s not recommended. The adhesive needs time to fully cure and harden. Wait at least 24 hours (ideally 48 hours) before driving so it can reach maximum heat resistance. If driven too soon, braking heat may soften the adhesive and cause bubbling or edge lifting, especially on curved caliper surfaces. Give it a day – the bond will be rock-solid and ready for anything.
