At buyitkl™, we aim to bring you niche, exclusive, and hype-worthy products you won’t easily find anywhere else. Every item is carefully checked before shipping but if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we provide a simple return & refund policy for your ease of mind.
1. When you are eligible for a refund/return

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged due to transit
  • The item is not functioning as it should
  • The item received is clearly incorrect (e.g wrong model, size or color)
2. When refunds/returns are not accepted

To keep it fair for our small business, we cannot accept refunds/returns for:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Slight measurement differences within standard tolerance.
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery.
3. How to request a refund/return

To request a refund or replacement, please:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery via our number, socials or email
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos & videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm within 2-3 business days whether a return/refund is approved.
  4. If a return is required, we’ll share the return address and cover the delivery fees. Once verified, a full refund or replacement will be approved.
4. Refunds & Processing
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to, by default, your original payment method or your specified payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • If rejected (e.g., item shows intentional damage, misuse, missing packaging), the item, upon your request, may be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Refunds will be for the product price only (excluding shipping costs).
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order.
