At buyitkl™, we work hard to deliver niche and exclusive products straight to your doorstep. Because many of our items come from global suppliers, shipping times and processes may differ from what you’re used to on local platforms. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within the same day after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
2. Shipping Times
Since we work with international suppliers and couriers, delivery times can vary depending on the product and destination.
- The standard shipping time for orders are 9-12 days. Shipments may arrive earlier or later than these estimations.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier schedules, or peak seasons. These are factors outside of our control but we will support you in tracking your order and providing any reassurances.
- For orders made by customers based in KL, it may take an additional day as we quality check & repackage your product.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive the relevant tracking number in your email.
- Tracking information may take a few business days to update after dispatch, following the courier’s discretion.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your destination.
- We offer free shipping worldwide.
- For any orders costing above or equal to RM500; customs duties, taxes or additional charges may be imposed by the local government. buyitkl™ will subsidize these extra charges, however we’d ask customers to be patient and understanding of any extra delay caused by this occurrence.
5. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or invalid address, absence of recipient or any unexpected issue, the order may be returned to us for holding.
- In such cases, reshipment costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Multiple Items in One Order
Because we source products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and part of our global sourcing process. You will receive a unique tracking link for each individual product purchased.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@buyitkl.com. We will investigate this matter with the courier and/or supplier and provide a prompt update.
- buyitkl™ is not liable for any delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, theft). However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
8. Changes to This Policy
buyitkl™ may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
