1. About buyitkl™

buyitkl™is an online marketplace registered under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). We operate fully online and do not maintain a physical storefront. All products are sourced from various third-party distributors and delivery is managed by us. Our business registration ID is 202503232396 (003767309-M).

2. Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all orders.
You are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)

3. Products & Availability

All products listed on buyitkl™ are carefully sourced and curated by our team.
Product availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Images are for illustration purposes only; minor colour/size variations may occur.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed and processed once payment has been received in full.
All payments are received, processed and confirmed through our payment gateway, Stripe.
buyitkl™ reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We coordinate packaging and delivery with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is well handled.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order is shipped, however we will do our best to assist with any unexpected situation.

6. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the product arrives visibly damaged or malfunctioning.
Customers must notify buyitkl™ through any source of contact within 3 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be in their original packaging.
Once approved, a full refund will be processed directly to the original payment method by default, or to the payment method of the customer’s specified choice.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
While we make every effort to provide accurate information, buyitkl™ is not liable for typographical errors, pricing mistakes or outdated product descriptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

buyitkl™ is not responsible for any damages arising from the customer’s misuse of products.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party couriers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question

9. Intellectual Property

All content on buyitkl™, including logos, text, and product images, are owned by buyitkl™ or licensed for use. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

buyitkl™ may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
